Shipping policy

Made to order, shipped with care. Every Disciple's Journey item is printed on demand just for you.

• Delivery: most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of ordering — 2–5 business days to print and prepare, then 2–5 business days in transit. Busy seasons can add a few days.
• FREE on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.89.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order anytime at Track my order by signing in with the email you used at checkout.
• Where's my order? If it's been more than 12 business days since you ordered, email support@disciplesjourney.com, and we'll investigate and update you as soon as possible.
• Group & bulk orders (10+ items): larger orders can take a few extra days to print, and custom or event orders follow the timeline in their written quote. Planning around an event date? Order at least 3 weeks in advance — or email support@disciplesjourney.com, and we'll plan it with you.
• We currently ship within the United States.
