30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We want you to love what you wear. If you're not happy with your order — for any reason — email support@disciplesjourney.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full. A quick photo of the issue helps us fix it fast (and improve our printing).
• Sizing: ordered the wrong size? Reach out within 30 days, and we'll take care of you. Checking the size chart on each product page before ordering is still the best way to get a perfect fit the first time.
• Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Order changes/cancellations: email us within 24 hours of ordering — once an item enters production, we can't change it.
• Group, bulk & custom orders: orders of 10 or more items and/or custom or event designs (team shirts, camps, reunions, and other quote-based work) are made to your approved specifications and are covered by the written terms of their quote rather than this guarantee. Defective, damaged, or misprinted items in these orders are always replaced or refunded — we stand behind our printing on every order.
