About the design

The worry starts before the alarm does. If your mind runs laps at 2 a.m., these four words were written for you.

"Be Anxious for Nothing" carries Philippians 4:6 — the invitation to trade the spiral for prayer, one handed-over care at a time. Deep terracotta type, quiet and unhurried — a small reminder that peace comes in the handing over, not the panic.

Frequently asked questions

What does "Be Anxious for Nothing" mean?
It's Philippians 4:6 — instead of feeding the worry, bring every care to God in prayer, with thanksgiving. The verse doesn't shame anxiety; it offers a place to put it. The shirt keeps that trade — spiral for prayer — close on the days it's hardest to remember.

Is this a good gift for someone going through an anxious season?
Yes — it's one of our gentlest designs: soft earthy colors, quiet unhurried type, and a word that comforts rather than lectures. A caring pick for students under pressure, new parents, or a friend whose plate is simply too full right now.

Does Be Anxious for Nothing mean you're not allowed to worry?
No. Philippians 4:6 offers a place to put the worry. The invitation is to trade the spiral for prayer, one handed-over care at a time, and the peace comes in the handing over. If your mind runs laps before the alarm goes off, those four words were written for you. The deep terracotta type is quiet and unhurried, so the shirt feels as calm as its message.
